Gallery: Design by Nature at EBW

This summer, Evergreen and Teknion, one of our Partners in Sustainability, asked artists and designers to re-imagine waste as public art and furniture. The Design by Nature exhibition at Evergreen Brick Works showcases the best of these ideas, as selected by a jury. The exhibit of site-specific works is on display at EBW from now until October and is free to the public.
Reclaimed wood, manufacturing cast-offs, rusted steel and industrial waste were creatively re-used and re-worked into ecologically-responsible public art. Here’s a round-up of the exhibit launch and the work of the finalists...
