Phase One:
Forecasting

A forecast of global urban development, with a focus on infrastructure spending, using the next 50 years as a baseline projection.

Phase Two:
Scenario Planning

Building on the Phase One forecast, diverse stakeholders will consider alternative urban futures. Scenarios will be developed regionally, with a consideration of shifting aspirations and risks.

Phase Three:
Design

With these alternative scenarios in hand, stakeholder groups will reconvene for the design phase, working together to develop actionable design solutions for a more resilient, sustainable urban future.
