Vancouver Area: Community Greening Volunteer
Get your hands dirty! Come out to any of Evergreen’s planting and stewardship events across Metro Vancovuer, from April through October. Greening volunteers remove invasive species, plant native shrubs and monitor plantings. If you love fun and being outdoors and want to give back to nature, this is the opportunity for you. Training is provided on site, and we provide all the tools you need. Gloves and refreshments are also provided - just make sure to wear sturdy shoes and weather appropriate clothing, as we work through light rain.
